Alternatively, Indian citizens (holding ordinary passport) may also obtain a Visa on Arrival at the Addis Ababa Bole International Airport by presenting a valid passport with at least six months' validity and paying the applicable visa fee.

For Indians who hold long-term multiple-entry visas from countries such as the USA, Great Britain and the Schengen Zone will be extended with visa-free facility for a period of up to 7 days in the Kyrgyz Republic with a right to re-enter after 21 days from the date of departure from the Kyrgyz Republic. The visa-free facility to the above category of Indian citizens is subject to the following conditions:
1. Only Indian nationals entering Kyrgyzstan by air through Manas International Airport would be granted visa free regime and not to those entering Kyrgyzstan through other ports or means.
2. The US/UK / Schengen Zone visa must be on the Current and valid Passport of the visitor and not on Old and cancelled Passport.

Visitors who require non immigrant visas to visit to Saint Lucia but are visiting Saint Lucia via cruises that will be docking in Saint Lucia for less than 24 hours will be exempt from visa requirements normally in effect for longer stays.

Indian passport holders are issued gratis ninety (90) days visitor's permit upon arrival in Samoa, subject to the following requirements:
- Have an onward return ticket;
- Possess a passport valid for a minimum of six months after the intended date of departure from Samoa;
- Valid visa/permit for entry into the country to which they will travel from Samoa;
- State accommodation arrangements;
- Documented evidence of sufficient funds for self-support;
- Have no record or deportation from other countries;
- Have no health problems that would pose a risk to Samoa;
- No history of criminal charges;

Indian nationals holding valid US, Schengen and UK visas (either Business or Tourist visa) and having travelled on such a visa at least once are eligible for visa-on-arrival. The visa stamp should be clearly visible. Digital stamp will not be accepted.
