Will the Minister of EXTERNAL AFFAIRS be pleased to state:
(a) whether Government has received any communication from any of our neighbouring countries on construction of Dhola Sadiya bridge on river Brahmaputra;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the response of India thereto?
