The 2nd round of Indo-French Dialogue on Africa was held in New Delhi on 11th December, 2018. The Dialogue is aimed to develop institutional, technical and cooperative synergies between India and France to identify developmental projects in Africa, in accordance
with the African priorities.
From India, Dr. Neena Malhotra, Joint Secretary (East&Southern Africa) and from France, Mr. Rémi Maréchaux, Head of the Africa Department of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs led the respective delegations. The French delegation, accompanied
by French Ambassador to India, also called on Secretary (Economic Relations), Shri T.S. Tirumurti and exchanged views on the progress of the Dialogue.
